Teton UAV Signature

One take. The whole home.

A single, unbroken flight from the approach, through the front door, room to room, and out onto the view. Made for the listings that deserve more than a gallery.

  • One continuous take through interior and exterior, typically 60–120 seconds
  • 4K master file
  • Widescreen cut for the listing page, plus a vertical cut for Instagram and Reels

  • Certificate of insurance provided before the flight
  • Delivery in 3–5 business days

How a shoot works

Planned like a film, not a flyover

  1. Walkthrough

We walk the home with you to plan the route, set the order of rooms, and flag art, fixtures, and anything fragile to protect or move.

  2. Flight day

Two-person crew on site. We rehearse the line, then fly the take until it is right. Airspace authorization is handled in advance.

  3. Edit

Color, stabilization, and licensed music. We cut a widescreen version for the listing and a vertical version for social.

  4. Delivery

4K master and both cuts delivered by download link in 3–5 business days, ready for the MLS, your site, and Reels.

Who's flying

Brendan Buehler

A locally based, FAA Part 107 certified pilot who flies every job personally. No subcontractors and no hand-offs: the person who walks the home with you is the person flying it.

Questions

What agents and owners ask

Is it safe inside a furnished home?

Yes, when it is planned properly. The route is set at the walkthrough, fragile pieces and art are identified and either moved or given a wide berth, and the line is rehearsed before the take. A visual observer works alongside the pilot the entire time, and a certificate of insurance goes to the listing agent and homeowner before any interior flight.

Does the home need to be empty or staged?

It does not need to be empty. A furnished, staged home usually films best. We will ask for the home to be show-ready on flight day: lights on, interior doors open along the route, ceiling fans off, and blinds set the way you want them seen.

What about the airport airspace?

Some properties sit in controlled airspace near airports. We handle LAANC authorization, or other FAA approval where required, before flight day, and we plan around national park and wildlife-area restrictions. If a location cannot be flown legally, we will tell you up front.

How long does it take on site?

It depends on the size of the home and the route. After the walkthrough we give you a specific time window for flight day so the showing schedule and the homeowner can plan around it.

Who needs to be there?

Our two-person crew, plus the listing agent or homeowner to provide access. Anyone else in the home should stay out of the flight path during the take, and pets should be secured or out of the house.
